Function: addLabelGlyphs()
ts
function addLabelGlyphs(letters): void;Defined in: src/core/BitmapLabel.ts:22
Adds letters every label font made after this call bakes ahead — the accented letters of a language the labels print (German's 'äöüß', say), an arrow, a star. A font already installed keeps the glyphs it was made with, so call it once at start-up, before the first label or FloatingText.warm.
Without it, a label font holds ASCII only: a letter outside it is still drawn (Pixi bakes it when first printed), but on that frame, onto a new glyph page — the stall and the canvas memory this module exists to avoid. For one font's own extra letters, pass them to installLabelFont (or Label.bitmap, FloatingText's glyphs) instead.
