Interface: TilemapViewOptions

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:5

Properties

baseDepth?

ts
optional baseDepth?: number;

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:17

Depth of the first layer in the world layer; each layer after it one higher. Bodies are usually drawn at their y, so the default keeps the map under every one of them. A layer with a numeric depth property is drawn there instead (a roof layer over the bodies: depth = 1e6).

chunkTiles?

ts
optional chunkTiles?: number;

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:9

Tiles per chunk side (default 32): each chunk is painted once into a texture of its own.

layers?

ts
optional layers?: string[];

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:11

Only these tile layers, by name; default every visible tile layer.

parent?

ts
optional parent?: Container<ContainerChild>;

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:19

Where the layers go (default the stage's world layer); a scene passes its root so they leave with it.

textureFor?

ts
optional textureFor?: (tileset) => string;

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:7

The texture key holding a tileset's image (loaded with AssetLoader.image, or painted). Default: tileset.name.

Parameters

ParameterType
tilesetTileset

Returns

string

x?

ts
optional x?: number;

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:24

World position of the map's top-left corner (default 0, 0): an LDtk level's worldX/worldY, or any map laid beside another. Culling in update counts it.

y?

ts
optional y?: number;

Defined in: src/tilemap/TilemapView.ts:25
